As a leader myself, I get to influence the most important person in my life, my daughter Arianne.  I decided to share a picture of us, as I try to be intentional with her.  Enrolling her in horseback riding lessons has helped her understand that if she learns new skills, overcomes fears, and is persistent, she can achieve things she probably didn't think she could achieve.  It would be obsurd if she didn't have a coach. It is no different every time I meet with a CEO, director or manager.  We all need that external voice, that person who reflects back to us what they see, and serves as a guide into ourselves, to help us be a superior leader... not superior to others, but superior to who we were yesterday.  I am humbled and honored to work with you as you lead and influence and impact others...
